Assistant PWR-T Industry

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to join our PWR-Transmission Industrie team.

In a stimulating work environment, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

 

Executive Assistance:

• You will be in charge of organizing travel via online tools (KDS) and offline tools (CWT-AMEX). Your practical mindset will allow you to streamline costs and create the most efficient itineraries possible, while adhering to the company’s Travel Policy. • You will also handle expense reports through SAP Concur, ensuring compliance with Group policies.

• You will be responsible for scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings, and travel, with proactive communication and adaptability to unforeseen circumstances.

• You will manage supplier invoices—receiving, creating purchase orders, and following up on payments through tools such as Ariba, Alusta Baseware, Logitrade, etc.

• Assisting in the preparation of documents, presentations, and correspondence.

• Helping organize committees, meetings, and managing associated documentation.

 

Your Profile:

• Dynamic and motivated, you have 5 years of experience in Executive Assistance.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, you know how to manage priorities and respect deadlines, with great adaptability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Perfect command of French and professional English.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and SharePoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat. You also have an interest in digital tools.
