Your Missions :

Manage the V.I.E Program for the Group :

Since the launch of the V.I.E program at Nexans in 2003, 190 V.I.E have been recruited all around the world. The HR apprentice will manage the full program from A to Z by :

 

  • Collecting the needs at Group level : around 20-25 searches per year
  • Conduct job briefings with Hiring Managers and HR Managers in order to understand their needs, collect information, clearly explain the recruitment process, highlight our commitment about diversity & inclusion, define the sourcing strategy and identify the members of the interview panel
  • Publish V.I.E offers on the relevant platform (BusinessFrance) / Give visibility by advertising it and attract talents
  • Select appropriate applications
  • Do active sourcing on the dedicated platform
  • Conduct first interviews with candidates and check they are eligible to the program
  • Provide a shortlist of relevant candidates
  • Manage the relationship with internal stakeholders and facilitate the interview process
  • Manage the candidate relationship throughout the whole recruitment process and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Be a brand ambassador and play an active role in increasing the attractiveness of our Employer Brand through interviews with candidates
  • Manage V.I.E during the entire duration of their contract : 30 V.I.E in position per year in average : from the onboarding phase until the end of their contract
  • Manage external sponsors for some specific countries (legal aspects / VISA)
  • Manage the relationship with Business France : contractual part, disputes management, management of contract terminations
  • Manage all the financial part : manage orders and invoices in the purchasing tool (Ariba) / Management of monthly provisions / manage the relationship with Nexans accounting department and the CFOs of subsidiaries
  • Manage V.I.E events / exhibitions
  • Track all the ongoing V.I.Es mission in a dedicated dashboard

 

 

Manage the AIESEC program for the Group :

The AIESEC Global Coordinator is responsible for all processes related to AIESEC’s International Internships program; contributes to the review, revision, design and implementation of Talent processes and support tools, processes and resources and supports Shared Service Center Recruitment related Processes :

 

  • Manage all projects and deliverables based on Nexans-AIESEC Global Contract
  • Address internship requests and provide information about program guidelines and conditions
  • Prepare openings for raising, manage internal needs for internships.
  • Support with and coordinate candidate pre-screening and selection process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process (assisting with visa and reception process.
  • Attending all agreed AIESEC events (conferences, meetings and summits).
  • Plan and execute internal communications activities for the International Internships Program.
  • Support the organization and execution of global learning events.

 

Participate in communicating and boosting internal mobility at Nexans :

  • Communicate on different tools: MyNex'Step Yammer page / Webinars
  • Content creation: internal mobility celebrations / internal mobility testimonials / new internal opportunities
  • Organization of Webinars: Internal mobility Webinar / Guest sessions
  • Conduct internal surveys on how to improve internal mobility at Nexans

 

 

Required skills and experience :

 

  • Master 1 or Master 2 degree specialized in Human resources
  • First experience in human resources / First experience in recruitment is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong attitude for digital tools (Excel / HRIS / Communication tools)
  • Ability to work with multiple people/projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
