In this context, the Global HRIS Center of Excellence (CoE) designs, builds, and enhances global HR processes within a cohesive digital framework, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence.
As the Digital Employee Lifecycle Manager France / Core-HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in both local and global contexts. You will oversee end-to-end HR processes for France, ensuring seamless integration with the global ecosystem, while driving innovation and enhancements in our core-HR solutions globally. You will be instrumental in delivering transformational projects, enabling efficient processes, and fostering collaboration between HR, IT, and external stakeholders to eventually deliver added value to our internal customers.
The mission is twofold. On the one hand, the HR Digital Employee lifecycle manager is owning end-to-end responsibility on running Global HRIS solutions in France, teaming up together with functional process owners (other CoEs), HR/Business stakeholders and other HRIS team members to pursue three main objectives:
- Maintain : for all the domains of their scope already in production, is accountable for the solutions quality and consistency throughout the HR process cycles. It includes, but is not limited to : ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements at all time and complies with local regulations (including data protection compliance), organizing a pro-active and efficient community management, delivering a tailored training to the proper audience, planning and steering back-office activities (internal or with external partners), building and keeping contingency plans so as to maintain a high resilience level. This also includes the management of Tiers 3 expertise in the support model and delivery of ad-hoc support to key/VIP customers. A specific focus is to be made on community and Change management that includes the coordination and animation of a global network of key users, ensuring the implementation of an accurate training model, delivering the right level of communication to the HR community.
- Enhance : ensure the best use of the existing platforms/licenses with a particular focus on workflows digitalization, UX/UI enhancement and HR data management excellence (business definitions, process execution & discipline, architecture flows inside and outside HR community, synchronizations, consistency and accuracy and freshness…) eventually contributing to a better level of service and upgraded experience for HR Professionals / Managers / Employees. You’ll serve the role in the frame of a continuous improvement mindset and act as a data quality enabler to propose smart and efficient solutions to enhance the level of BI decisional features.
- Develop : actively contribute to the implementation of new projects with HRIS solution owners in the frame of the HRIS evolution roadmap to further digitalize the HR function and increase the maturity of HCM Technology within Nexans. On the other hand, as the core-HR solution lead, you’re actively contributing to the design and implementation of the solution roadmap and conducting evolutions or end-to-end implementation of the projects you’ll been assigned on this part of the eco-system, in synchronization with vendors, integration partners and IT, with respect to the overall business and applicative landscape. It includes the successful delivery of Data/organization transformation or HRIS projects which represents in-depth coordination of Nexans internal activities during all the design/build/verify phases with respects to legal compliance in the countries in which it is used. In this part of the role, you will bring a mix of HR functional, HR system and project management knowhow.
According to roadmap adjustments, you may be assigned a global responsibility on the implementation of additional modules (worldwide project leader role).
In all your activities, you will act as an interface between HR, IT and coordinate with the selected integration partners to ensure the compliance of the solution and will be the key bridge between the business HR needs and the selected technology.
You will be working collaboratively with all the other HRIS stakeholders in project and production mode, as well as delivering general strategic guidance, ad-hoc coordination and quickwins management.
Your profile :
- Minimum of years of 5 professional experience in the field of HRIS with a good mix of HR processes knowledge and HCM solutions
- Used to work in global and fast paced environments
- Experienced in the deployment of a cloud based HCM tool
- Knowledge of Success Factors Employee Central
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems capabilities
- Strong ability to bridge Process/Policies/Procedures with tool capabilities
- Exposure to HR legal requirements in different countries (incl. payroll activities)
- Proven records of successful Project management delivery
- Highly organized, multitask and solution oriented
- Excellent communicator (oral and written) with strong facilitation skills
- Problem solver and able to work independently
- Perfect fluency in French and English is a must, Spanish is nice to have
