As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking for a dynamic new team member to contribute to lead and support Marketing Communications plans to launch and scale Nexans Global offers on Grid vertical.


GETTING A FLYING START


As  PWR-Grid Marketing Communications Manager, you will be in charge to participate to the development of PWR-Grid Marketing Communications strategy externally (content, digital, social media) and support the Roadmap execution for Grid offers. You will lead marketing communications plans and corresponding budgets with regions & Business Units specifically on Grid offers. You contribute to the Nexans brand identity and equity through Marketing content and assets for Grid offers, in link with PWR-Grid Offer Director - Grid, PWR-Grid & Accessories Marketing Communications Manager and Corporate Communication.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead and support Marketing Communications plans to launch and scale Grid vertical offers
    • Develop an integrated marketing communications plan for grid vertical, with focus on global offers and segments
    • Propose and manage the Grid offer’s Marcom programs and budget
    • Owns the offer marketing playbook, incl. sales & marketing push-pull tactics
  • Lead the development of Grid Marketing Communications strategy and support the roadmap execution
    • Work in collaboration to develop the Grid vertical’s MarCom roadmap framework (incl. key language elements to be re-used / adapted by countries afterwards, with focus on key global offers, in collaboration with regions)
    • Build process, tool kits, templates and best practices library for the roadmap “Grid offers”
    • Deploy the Grid offers’ roadmap with Regions to improve overall Grid MarCom competencies
    • Coordinate the related MarCom network and lead pilot project(s) globally
    • Work on a storytelling dedicated to marketing, highlighting what makes Nexans unique (values, commitments, vision…) on the Grid market
    • Design and launch digital tools enabling the promotion of Grid offers (e.g. online dynamic one pages Grig Monitoring, webinars for products & Grid vertical offers launches, etc.)
    • Identify events related to the Grid markets worldwide
  • Lead marketing communications plans and corresponding budgets with Regions & BUs specifically on Grid offers
    • Define management routines with the Marketing network concerned with Grid
    • Consolidate dedicated MarCom plan with support of Regions to build Grid view
    • Support Grid customers events & raise the brand image and company profile worldwide
  • Contribute to Nexans brand identity and equity through Marketing content and assets of Grid vertical
    • Ensure the respect of the Brand voice, graphic and content guidelines.
    • Contribute to a global brand image platform including guidelines, set of templates and tools (e.g. media library) for Grid MarCom documents/actions
  • Responsible for a designed content plan for the  upcoming Grid vertical’s offers/services/products, launches and other business goals
    • understanding the basics of SEO
    • searching for relevant ideas to write content
    • breaking it into pieces to distributed it through different channels / formats
    • ensuring brand voice and design consistency
    • designing templates global / local
    • coordinating graphics, printed materials, ensure online and offline presence always up-to-date

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

  • Business school or university post-graduate degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Marketing and communications skills
  • Digital marketing skills. Including experience with Adobe suite
  • Social media skills
