Our team consists of approximately 20-30 dedicated and innovative members responsible for project management within the PWR Transmission Project Operations section. We handle activities related to Nexans procedures for the Project Manager (PM) position. The workplace is preferable Courbevoie.

Getting a Flying Start

To succeed in the Project Management department, you should have extensive experience in the project-driven energy sector. Experience managing large-scale projects, ideally with subsea scope, including both domestic and international assignments, is essential. Ideally, your experience is related to interconnectors, wind farms, or power from shore. You will ensure quality and safety during the projects and possess strong organizational and communication skills through your natural leadership and collaborative spirit.

How You Make an Impact

You will work in project teams as a Project Manager - Offshore Package Manager with a focus on EPCI project operations. You will manage project activities in project execution such as planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. With your strategic and analytical skills, you will ensure the successful completion of projects on time, on budget, and within required quality standards. Additionally, you will be comfortable working with continual process improvements and technical advancements relevant to our department. You will boost your impact by actively promoting Quality and HSE standards.

Overseeing the offshore laying, cable protection, and commissioning activities.
Ensuring the project schedule is adhered to and managing any deviations.
Following up on contract obligations and ensuring compliance.
Managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspects of the offshore package.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the company.

Your Starting Point When You Join

Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant EPCI project management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written, with proven communication skills
