The senior Quality Manager is responsible for execution of projects within the business group. You will manage and assure that Nexans Quality system, procedures, Client’s requirements and expectations are met. The team is spread between several locations – but will also support execution activities ongoing in other plants and sites within the Generation & Transmission business group.




  • Manage all aspects of Quality in project during Tender phase when required.
  • Manage all aspects of Quality project from project Start-up to Close-Out as required in the Contract.
  • Ensure that the project team is knowledgeable about and compliant to Quality systems and tools
  •  Assist in Continuous Improvement development of the organization with regards to Quality activities




  • Higher education from college or university (Bachelor/Master degree)
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in large turnkey projects with managing roles
  • Minimum 10 years in offshore installation engineering and/or subsea operations
  • Technical competences in marine installation engineering disciplines
  • Strong leadership skills / Autonomous / Versatile
  • Fluent in English & French languages. Norwegian is a plus
  • Acting as a Quality leader – promoting a quality culture in the company
  • Aknowledging importance of quality and on-time performance of work
  • Strong & adaptable leadership
  • Ability to work in cross- functional and multi cultural teams
  • Ability to be the reference point locally for all stakeholders and to decide by themselves
  • Managerial skills (stands up in front of diverse and experienced teams, ability to motivate and be respected as a leader; credibility)
