At Nexans Industrial Solutions & Projects, we are specialized in designing and manufacturing cables and complex solutions for our industrial customers. We are a leader in our industry with a current turnover of ca. 700m EUR and set for further profitable growth.
We are seeking for our Workplace Domain Manager as an addition to our IT department we are building up. You’ll play a central role in managing the digital workplace of our employees in term of device management and collaborative tools. We are working principally with O365 solution.


GETTING A FLYING START
In line with the strategy of our current parent company, Nexans, our Industrial Solutions & Project Business Group (“ISP”) prepares to become a stand-alone company. In this context we are creating more than 50 new positions to build our autonomous teams, including additional roles in the IT department.
In this ecosystem you’ll be in charge of the technological infrastructure management, ensure the data and ecosystem security (security measures, policies, procedures) and you’ll be managing the user accounts and the collaborative tools in term of effectiveness and promotion of the digital tools. 


HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Let’s deep dive on some part of the mission which might vary depending on the needs :
•    Maintain all IAM and Device management tools to have a high level of internal standard desktop covering all international needs.
•    In charge of all O365 applications activities :
o    Ensure the quality of technical administration and support.
o    Monitor security and infrastructure stability, availability and performance across Office 365 applications to guarantee efficient delivery of services 
o    Monitor and analyse Office 365 application performance to proactively and reactively identify risks to availability and develop risk mitigation and remediation plans 
o    Liaise with users to develop applications using PowerApps and other Office 365 applications to meet business needs

 

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

•    Master’s Degree in major business school or engineering school or top-class University,
•    Autonomy in the administration and maintenance of Office 365 applications, 
•    Excellent demonstrated customer service skills, 5+ year experience with Microsoft products (Office 365 applications and Azure platform Knowledge),
•    Effective learning skills,
•    Works well in a team environment, 
•    Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,
•    Provides leadership in support of the internal customers’ strategic decisions. Helps customer to envisage new IS Solutions, fosters partnerships and creates value propositions
•    Proven communication skills,
•    Problem-solving skills, on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of information and reports.
•    Fluent both in English and French
