Qualifications:

  • Certified Millwright
  • Above average troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to handle several jobs and set priorities
  • Ability to weld and machine components as necessary
  • Ability to repair mechanical failures of machines including gearboxes, bearings, shafts, etc.

 

Duties include:

  • Repair of emergency breakdown work in a priority set either by the Maintenance individual or the Supervisor
  • Completion of planned work as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Preventative maintenance checks/repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Ensure that the work completed is recorded in a manner to ensure adequate information available for the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Troubleshoot machine failures and repair as necessary within their abilities
  • Update the computerized maintenance system by completing work orders and listing parts used

 

Please note this is a Modified Work Week position requiring a rotation between days, afternoons and nights.
