Supply Chain Manager

WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

Our Supply Chain team in Grimsas plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products from suppliers to our customers. We support the plant's operations by managing logistics, inventory, planning, and drum logistics—keeping our operations efficient and customer-focused. As we continue to strengthen our organisation and prepare for future growth, we’re looking for a new Supply Chain Manager to join us and help lead the way forward.

GETTING A FLYING START

As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain activities at our Grimsas site, including logistics, warehousing, materials planning, and the drum function. You'll be a key member of the Plant Management team and the owner of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process—ensuring alignment between supply, production, and commercial goals. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be at the heart of driving operational excellence and business performance.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team focused on service, efficiency, and safety.
  • Own and drive the S&OP process, aligning demand and supply with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and best-practice implementation.
  • Balance inventory and working capital targets with delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, purchasing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure supply chain integration.
  • Act as a role model for safety and change management within the plant.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain management, control, and planning.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN or TPM continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Comfortable working with IS tools and ERP systems to support planning and reporting.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
