Business Development Manager (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:

• Technical support for colleagues in Customer Service and for our customers

• Conducting training courses for office and field staff and for customers

• Coordinating inquiries and customer feedback with the various departments (Sales, R&D)

• Product classification according to customer specifications

• Creating technical presentations and test demonstrations for customers

• Participation in benchmarking activities as well as market, competition and customer analyses

• Supporting R&D colleagues in conducting and documenting technical trials and validating prototypes

• Supporting the supply chain team with immediate measures and finding solutions

• Preparation of assembly instructions, supplier declarations, technical instructions and declarations

• Coordinating adjustments to the product portfolio (product catalogs) in conjunction with R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain

Qualifications:

• University degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering or comparable qualification

• Experience with processes and systematics in project and product management

• Knowledge of MRP

• Analytical, strategic and technical thinking skills

• Good written and spoken German and English skills

• Willingness to travel, e.g. to external laboratories and customers
