Lean/Project Method Engineer Hof (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
Lean management and process optimization:
- Analysis and optimization of processes to improve production workflows, ergonomics and efficiency
- Use of Lean-tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TMP and MUDA/TEAMWOOD
- Carrying out performance and incident analyses
- Developing and updating dashboards and reporting tools
- Leading Kaizen events and conducting regular audits
- Implementing solutions to reduce transport costs and simplify production processes
Project management:
- Managing strategic projects such as ‘Manufacturing Journey’ and ‘Dispatch’
- Ensuring and adhering to schedules, budgets and targets
- Application of a systematic project methodology (PMP)
- Participation in CAPEX projects
Training teams on lean tools, methods and process improvements
Proactive & transparent communication with customers and stakeholders
Supporting SQCDE (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment) performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement and industrial project management
- Familiarity with CNC processes, ergonomics and Lean tools such as 5S, VSM and Kaizen
- Experience in managing multi-site projects
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
