Lean/Project Method Engineer Hof (M/F/D)

Responsibilities:

Lean management and process optimization:

• Analysis and optimization of processes to improve production workflows, ergonomics and efficiency
• Use of Lean-tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TMP and MUDA/TEAMWOOD
• Carrying out performance and incident analyses
• Developing and updating dashboards and reporting tools
• Leading Kaizen events and conducting regular audits
• Implementing solutions to reduce transport costs and simplify production processes

Project management:

• Managing strategic projects such as ‘Manufacturing Journey’ and ‘Dispatch’
• Ensuring and adhering to schedules, budgets and targets
• Application of a systematic project methodology (PMP)
• Participation in CAPEX projects

Training teams on lean tools, methods and process improvements

Proactive & transparent communication with customers and stakeholders

Supporting SQCDE (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment) performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement and industrial project management
• Familiarity with CNC processes, ergonomics and Lean tools such as 5S, VSM and Kaizen
• Experience in managing multi-site projects
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
