Required skills and qualifications;
- University Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience is an asset.
- Analytic, result oriented, adaptable, able to meet deadlines
- Ability to interact with technical and commercial contacts.
- Fluent level in English
- Fluent in SAP and MS Office applications
Areas of responsibility;
- Manage all contract aspects of client disputes
- Coordinate with others functions to offer continuous improvement and
- develop innovation
- Inform clients on stocks or supply chain issues
- Key dependencies for maximizing collaboration and subsidiarity
- Can replace Customer Service when necessary
- Show proactivity and collaboration to enhance customer sales
- Ensure the front office relationship with customers
- Manage specific customer contract agreement follow-up
- Organize and participate in contract review
- Apply commercial policy and pricing recommendations build by the Offer Manager
- Follow and respect business rules
- Proactively call customer services on each subject covering his/her perimeter
- Prepare and manage sales quotation
- Act as an expert in the management of quotation tools and processes
- Mobilize strong negotiation capabilities to build quotes that reconcile customer interests with Nexans interests
- Work together with the Prescriber / Business Developer to build the right quotation
