Areas of responsibility;

Sales Operation Functions

Execution of export operations efficiently, quickly and systematically.
Organizing customs, transportation processes and arranging documents during export processes.
Ensures delivery of orders to in a timely manner within the company rules and international trade regulations
Implementation and follow-up of export incentive applications
Ensuring export activities are compliant with the national and international regulations
Responsible for documentation of export operations
Providing information for our customers about the shipment and the documentation
Working in coordination with Nexans sales and logistic teams, custom brokers, transport companies and customer for smooth export operations
To arrange documents of transportaion part of bank letter of credit transactions,
Responsible for preparing requested information for the Inward Processing Regime (DIIB) process.
Control the invoices received from the services providers (eg: customs broker, shipping agents, transporter companies, warehouses, etc) and handling the invoices to accounting department on time
