Quality assurance engineer (multisites)
- Location : based on Cheb, missions on Hof (Germany) Offida (Italy)
Responsibilities:
- Developing Testing Procedures
Ensuring the required quality level of inputs, processes and outputs.
Management focused on risk analysis and reduction, ability to monitor emerging risks.
Providing consulting and advisory support in the field of evaluation and quality improvement to individual departments of the organization.
Leadership, motivation, evaluation and control of the performance of functional employees within the scope.
- Executing Tests & Audits
Creation of internal guidelines and standards of the quality system and ensuring their compliance.
Planning and supervising the implementation of regular internal audits according to the requirements of quality standards or industry standards.
Evaluation of internal quality audits, definition of the causes of non-conformities, determination of corrective and preventive measures, their implementation, monitoring of effectiveness.
Conducting external audits of suppliers.
Cooperating with auditors in external audits and coordinating personnel and services in providing assistance to the audit team.
- Identifying and documenting Defects
Support of customer requirements within the organization, responsibility for proposing opportunities to improve the quality management system.
- Implementing Quality tools/Standards
Supporting establishing a quality management system in accordance with the achievement of the set quality objectives.
Creation, management and improvement of the quality system according to quality standards or industry standards.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Results (rejects, returns)
Effective management of crisis situations enabling the right decisions and communication by authorized people with the aim of protecting employees, products and the continuity of business activities.
Investigation and analysis of complaints in order to improve product quality.
Qualifications:
- "Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with proven experience in similar position."
- Proven experience in Quality management across multiple sites, preferable multi-country.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting Quality management. Familiarity with Quality Management Standards, Risk Management, Integrated Management Systems, Environmental Management, Management System (ISO)
- Exposure to manufacturing technologies such as expansion, extrusion, CNC (milling, turning), hot forging, and kitting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive change in a complex, multi-site environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop teams in several countries.
- Animation skills on multi-sites / multi countries functionally
- Fluent in English language
- Be open to travelling regularly and spending long periods on sites.
