GETTING A FLYING START

As an Electrical Engineer, you need to assist the equipment supervisor in managing the company's electrical equipment, prepare preventive maintenance plans for electrical equipment, submit key electrical spare parts for approval, participate in the troubleshooting and emergency repair of difficult electrical equipment breakdowns, lead maintenance electricians in carrying out inspections and maintenance plans for electrical equipment, collaborate with mechanical engineer to design and improve safety fences suitable for various production equipment, and provide relevant electrical standards and knowledge training for the maintenance electricians in the department.

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  1. Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems to ensure normal operation of the equipment.
  2. Conduct regular routine inspections of equipment and promptly repair any issues found.
  3. Familiar with the working principles of equipment and electrical systems, capable of quickly identifying and repairing faults.
  4. Ensure compliance with operating standards to guarantee work safety.
  5. Monitor equipment performance indicators and abnormal situations, and propose improvement suggestions.
  6. Develop equipment maintenance plans and maintenance procedures to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.
  7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders.

 

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation, electrical engineering, or related majors

Experience: Five years or above of maintenance experience in manufacturing factory, preference for experience in the cable industry:

Skill

Special operation certificate (high and low voltage electrician)

Junior or higher electrical engineer title

Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Understanding of the working principles of low-voltage electrical equipment, familiarity with Siemens PLC series, familiarity with AC and DC controllers, familiarity with equipment maintenance regulations and implementation, strong execution ability, ability to quickly identify and solve problems, experience in team leadership is preferred.
