Mechanical Engineer

Our Maintenance team is committed to the maintenance of the company's facilities and operations. At present, we lack professional Mechanical Engineer and needs to supplement and improve this position to strengthen the overall capability of the maintenance team. Therefore, we are looking for a new member to join us.

 

GETTING A FLYING START

As a Mechanical Engineer, you need to assist the equipment supervisor in managing the company's mechanical equipment, prepare preventive maintenance plans for mechanical parts of the equipment, submit key mechanical spare parts for approval, participate in the troubleshooting and emergency repair of difficult equipment mechanical breakdowns, lead maintenance fitters in carrying out inspections and maintenance plans for the equipment, collaborate with electrical engineer to design and improve safety fences suitable for various production equipment, and provide relevant maintenance knowledge training for the fitters in the department.

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  1. Responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and related components.
  2. Develop operating procedures for mechanical equipment.
  3. Promptly carry out technical transformations or adjustments for defects in mechanical equipment to ensure that the equipment operates in good condition.
  4. Develop preventive maintenance and overhaul plans for mechanical equipment, and be responsible for organizing and inspecting maintenance work to ensure maintenance quality.
  5. Upgrade and modify mechanical equipment to improve mechanical efficiency.
  6. Classify and manage drawings, manuals, and product samples, survey spare parts, modify drawings, and confirm and countersign.
  7. Develop installation support plans, accept and commission new equipment, and explain mechanical principles and repair essentials to the maintenance team, resolving issues during the installation process.
  8. Participate in organizing and directing the maintenance and installation of key company equipment, and be responsible for installation quality and construction safety.
  9. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior supervisor.

 

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing or related majors

Experience: Five years or above of maintenance experience in manufacturing equipment, preferably in the cable industry;

Skill

Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Junior or higher professional title of mechanical engineer

Proficient in using CAD and other software, with rich experience in equipment modification and optimization; Familiar with various machining processes; Strong execution ability, able to quickly identify and solve problems and experience in team leadership is preferred
