WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM 

Our team is responsible for providing executive support to the PWR-T Management Team. It is structured and highly collaborative, and its workplace is in Oslo. You will report to the Senior Executive Assistant for the PWR-Transmission Business Group. 

 

GETTING A FLYING START 

To succeed in this role, you have extensive experience as a C-Level Assistant. You have worked in complex, fast-paced environments where executive support and organization are critical. You have experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. You have worked in international environments and understand the need for confidentiality, adaptability, and professionalism. Ideally, you have experience supporting leadership teams and ensuring smooth administrative operations. 

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT 

You will work closely with executive leadership as an Assistant, providing structured and proactive support focusing on efficiency and coordination. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Screening emails and calendars, prioritizing key communications 

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed 

  • Preparing presentations and supporting decision-making processes 

  • Coordinating internal events and team collaboration 

  • Approving travel expenses on behalf of the team 

  • Providing administrative support across the leadership team 

  • Collaborating with the Nexans Assistant Team to ensure seamless operations 

 

YOUR STARTING POINT 

  • Experience as an Assistant 

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate operations 

  • Ability to handle urgent situations with adaptability and professionalism 

  • Experience working in an international business environment
