You will be joining a structured and collaborative team based in Oslo, responsible for supporting Sales, Marketing, and Tendering activities. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The workplace is in Oslo, and you will report to the Sr. Executive Assistant.

To succeed in this role, you have broad experience in market and business development, with strong execution skills and a structured approach. You are a team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. You have worked in fast-paced, international environments, supporting executive teams and facilitating business-critical tasks. 

 

How you make an impact 

As an Assistant for Sales, Marketing, and Tendering, you will provide structured and proactive support to the VP and team. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing calendars and emails, prioritizing key communications 

  • Planning and scheduling meetings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups 

  • Coordinating internal events such as department meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities 

  • Supporting external events, including Cable Days, client visits, and major industry conferences such as IPF and CIGRE 

  • Preparing briefing packs for major conferences, tracking competition insights, and compiling post-event analysis 

  • Assisting with key internal and external presentations, such as Business Reviews, Tender Reviews, and Client Engagement Plans 

  • Working closely with the MyCRM team to ensure high data quality and dashboard reporting 

 

Your starting point 

  • Higher education in a relevant field 

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written 

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 

  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Good understanding of the industry and business operations 

  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality 

  • Experience working in an international environment
