SSC Administration Consultant

You will be part of a team of five people. Our scope of work is business critical and our main focus is to ensure that the payroll for over 2000 people runs smoothly every month; correct payment in time. As we are currently hiring, the administrative work load of registering new hires and onboarding them into our systems is extensive. Our team is characterized by the dedication to the tasks and our competency acquired through many years of experience.

 

 

GETTING A FLYING START

As the SSC Administration Consultant, you write formal documents and register changes in current employments and new hires to make the data flow to relevant systems, ensuring the compliance of accesses and the onboarding of new hires. You are one of three administrators of our common mailbox for the department helping the organization providing information or following up requests.

 

Your role involves timely and accurate registrations. Your key interfaces are the HR community in Nexans, personnel managers, system suppliers, employees and external auditors. You like to get things done and help serving the organization finding solutions.

 

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

You will have the responsibility for:

• HR administrator function and contact person for Nexans’ global HR System; SuccessFactors.

• Responsible for formal documents and follow up of employment – new employees, changes/transfers, termination, other.

• Administrator of common HR Mailbox

• System administrator for local HR system; SDWorx

• Responsible for evaluating, maintaining, follow up and keeping track of access to HR data in SDWorx and SuccessFactors’s.

• Responsible for monthly reporting to Nordea pension scheme

• Responsible for reporting injuries and long-term sick leave to Nordea and DNB             

 

 

YOUR STARTING POINT WHEN YOU JOIN

• Higher education. Seniority or personal skills might compensate

•1-3 years of HR experience or knowledge

• Excellent Norwegian skills and good English skills

• Good skills in HR systems or similar systems

• Good skills in Word and Excel

• Team Player

• Accurate but also efficient

• Service minded and at the same time compliant
