The team is a very connected  team with 3 team members located in Paris office (Le Vinci). Our team is responsible for steering and driving the transformation journey the PWR-Transmission business Group is following since November 2023; we support the strategic & transformation roadmap definition and deployment (incl. warrant of the quality, support action definition, problem solving, coaching when needed and coordinating with external support).

The workplace is in our Oslo Office and you will be reporting to the Transformation Director of PWR-Transmission Business Group member of the Executive Committee of this Business Group.

 

 

GETTING A FLYING START

 

To succeed in the Transformation Office of Nexans PWR-Transmission, you have proven experience from the transformation programs with End-to-End approach (from definition to follow-up of the results). You have worked in companies that are project driven, and have activities related to project management. You have experience working domestically or internationally. Ideally your experience is related to interconnectors, windfarms, or power from shore. You have experience in leadership and management within complex cross functional environments and have strong experience in communication through your natural ability to convey messages and give feedbacks.

 

 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

 

You will work in the Transformation Office teams as a Power Transmission Transformation Project Manager on activity with focus on supporting the transformation deployment and acceleration in line with our 2025 strategic roadmap.  In addition, you will be comfortable working with supporting specific key workstreams in their ramp-up (problem statement, structuring, governance definition) and driving the implementation of their related action plan.

 

 

 

YOUR STARTING POINT

 

  • Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 5 years of relevant Project & engineering transformation or Strategic Consulting experience
  • In this role the likelihood of succeeding will increase if you have cross functional understanding (finance, purchasing, supply chain…) along with change management .
  • In Nexans we work in teams and are driven by project execution therefore being able to builds solution incorporating opinions of the key stakeholders and being good team player in multi-cultural/functional environment capable to cope with conflicts and rejection is of upmost importance.
  • Fluent in English, – oral and written, Norwegian is a plus.
