Our Finance team is committed to the finance management of company. Our Korea Senior Finance Manager will leave in next month. therefore, we are looking for a new member to join us.

GETTING A FLYING START

As a Korea Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading Korea Finance team to drive Korea business with safeguard company assets.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

 l  Establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures

 l  Monitor and enhance the solid internal control system

 l  Provide overall financial analytics, leadership and support to Korea developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and insights for the leadership team including metrics, KPI's and financial packages - including the explanation of key drivers of financial performance

 l  Use financial analysis and business acumen to provide decision support and/or make tactical and strategic recommendations in a variety of financial and non-financial areas

 l  Manage and support implementation of finance vision across the finance function. Lead process improvements by focusing on value added activities

 l  Capital expenditure budgeting and appropriation request evaluation

 l  Be eager to accept stretch assignments and ad hoc projects as needed.

 l  Risk management, FX and Metal management, Credit management, Tender review

 l  Reporting financial statements and providing assistance to the internal and external auditors

 l  In charge of Cost Saving, Credit Committee Meeting, Tax reporting and management

 l  Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork, safety, creativity, trust and respect

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

·       Education: University degree required.  Finance Major, CPA, ACCA is a plus.

·       Experience: At least 12 years experience in finance field, 6 years solid finance analysis experiences

·       Familiar with the ERP system, e.g. SAP FI/CO

·       Experience in HFM (Hyperion) preferred

·       Excellent MS Office skills, e.g. Excel, PPT

·       Strong Leadership Skills

·       Ability to work well under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and be a team player

·       Possess high energy and the ability to handle conflict

·       Good written and spoken English.

·       Good analytical skill
