First Line Production Manager

The First Line Production Manager manages and leads production team in line with management strategy and objectives in quantity, quality, costs and deadlines, in respect of people and customers. Enforces the safety and environment standards to the team.

Required competencies:

General Education: Polytechnic Universities / TEI (Electrical, Mechanical engineer)
Experience: 5 years at least in the production field and/or in similar job tasks
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent PC skills
Production planning and monitoring

Continuous improvement (lean manufacturing)
Maintain and optimize impact of cross-trained flexible team
