POSITION: Field Sales Manager, Commercial and Territory
QUALIFICATION: 3 to 5 years University education (Minimum BSC Degree)
EXPERIENCE: Five (5) Years and above in same or similar position
BACKGROUND: Technical (Engineering) and Sales
MAIN ROLE: Maps and clearly identifies market size projections and all relevant players, identifies prospects, follows up on leads and constantly seek new opportunities to drive business growth and ensures customer satisfaction, sales strategy development, client relationship management, performance monitoring and reporting, market research and analysis, communication and collaboration, compliance and ethics.

COMPETENCIES: Negotiation skills, sales strategy, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative and ability to adapt to change, wide exposure to different environments and markets and good communication skills.
