Maintenance Supervisor, Tuzla
Context ;
The maintenance department consist of 2 sections: Mechanical maintenance and Electrical maitenance.The person in the relevant position will work in close cooperation with production and production planning departments.The person in the relevant position is expected to apply occupational health and safety,environment and SQDCE standards,as well as maintenance goals (time,downtime,cost,etc...)
Purpose ;
Maintenance First Line Manager manages and leads maintenance teams in maintenance department in accordance with customer satisfaction and department goals (Breakdown Rate,Maintenance Costs,Safety,5s,SQDCE,etc.).Communicates with Production, Planning ,QHSE departments, to manage breakdown and planned maintenance and informs its team about bottleneck machines.Ensures that its teams follow maintenance,safety and environmental standards.
Areas of responsibility ;
Set priorities between maintenance interventions.
Implements action plans.
Adapts the preventive maintenance plan.
Manages and coordinates maintenance plannings with production planning department.
Coordinates complex interventions.
Analyzes intervention reports over SAP to build its reporting and implements action plans.
Analyzes equipments criticality and performance within his scope.
Checks that autonomous maintenance management is done properly by the production teams.
Trains working groups to optimize equipments performance (example : Root causes analysis of recurrent breakdowns)
Monitors performance through physical and budget indicators (day-to-day and medium term).
Shares objectives and results (performance indicator tracking) with teams.
Ensures spare parts availability.
Follows up Spare parts Warehouse inventory and optimizes it.
Ensures the necessary vigilance to the application of standards (maintenance data sheet, schedules, measures, systematic checks with maintenance 1st level) within one's scope.
Applies continuous improvement and 5S methods.
Uses diagnostic and methodology analysis tool: diagnosis of breakdowns, 5Why, fishbone, pareto,etc..
Identifies problems and submits these to continuous improvement project groups, take part in such groups where responsibility given.
Manages all subcontracted / outsourced works within the plant.
Supervises outsourced/subcontracted interventions on site and acknowledges delivered works.
Supervises and programs that the mandatory mechanical and electrical controls (Forklifts, Lifts,Pressure tanks ,Grounding, High Voltage Consultation,etc..) are realized by the outsource teams
Defines, builds and implements audit support for the maintenance management system.
Performs audits and make recommendations and defines action plans based on audit recommendations.
Measures and follows performance indicators (KPIs) which are associated with performance targets for one's scope.
Mobilizes teams to achieve performance targets.
Trains co-workers to an operating method (electrical,mechanical,hydraulic,etc...) using a training tool. Evaluates and confirms acquired competencies during trainings.
Encourages team performance by recognising individual contributions.
Creates opportunities for the team to become more independent (allocating each a person a clear role, allowing the team to resolve minor issues).
Promotes dialogue and opportunities to meet and exchange information with the different departments.
Develops team spirit and pride.
Ensures his team receives and performs instructions
Delegates responsibilities and creates opportunities for professional development for each staff member.
Involves each staff member in the decision-making process.
Leads team meetings and working groups dedicated to analysis.
Communicates achieved results, safety rules and potential risks, both to individuals and to the team.
Spurs it's teams to achieve performance goals.
Manages cross-flexibilty (of skills) on a day-to-day basis to face absenteeism, workload spikes.
Provides his teams with the needed resources to perform maintenance actions.
Leads major projects and implements improvements process (example : TPM) in coordination with other departments (production, supply chain).
Looks for new ideas to improve process/product within one's scope.
Makes sure all alternatives are explored and supervises the implementation of the chosen solution.
Understands internal customers' constraints and ensures the respect of customer satisfaction into the standards.
Explains customers' constraints to the teams.
Required skills and qualifications ;
Mecathronic,Automation &control,Electric-Electronic or Electrical Engineer
3 years relevant industrial experience
Fluent English skills
MS Office skills
Preferably with knowledge of SAP program.
Prefrerably with knowledge of electrical motors,PLC automation,control systems and Frequency Drivers.
Preferably with knowlodge of Autocad.
Preferably Has ISO 50001:Certificate of Energy Management system
Preferably experienced in Hydraulic, Pneumatic Circuit Reading and Problem Solving.
