Technical Sales Product Engineer

Areas of responsibility

 

       Developing strong trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients

       Increase our current portfolio of customers

       Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

       Customers contact person at Nexans for R&D product development

       Deep knowhow and knowledge about Customer products and future needs

       Technical support and development with our customer

       Technical support to the Front Office team for customer quotations

       Back up on yearly RFQs with Key Customers

       Participate in PPAP requests, if need be       

       Support Masterdata

      

 

Required skills and qualifications

 

       Attention to details and high level of accuracy

       Strong team player

       Result-oriented and hands-on approach

       Ability to take the lead and to get the tasks closed

       Strong technical understanding

       IT skills: Navision, MS Office hereunder Excel, Power Point and Word

       Fluency in Danish & English

       Engineer or technical education with relevant work experience

       Good understanding of processes

       Ability to prioritize own tasks

       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

       Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

       Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
