Plant Manager
You are keen to production processes, we are waiting for you joining us as Plant Manager.
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Conduct and supervise plant operations and create an environment that enables sustainable operational performance to be achieved in all areas.
- Promote the development of all functions to achieve business results through staff growth aligned with business needs.

Must have:
- Industrial Engineer
- At least 5 years of experience as Operations Manager or Plant Manager
- Strong listening and organizational skills
- Wide exposure to different technologies and engineering (metallurgy, cable manufacture, logistics)
- Experience of industrial projects (restructuring, investments)
- Practical experience of industrial excellence, in a structured and systematic way
- Leadership, Excellence, Integrity, global vision
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
