Welcome to the Team

We are looking for a Sales Controller to join our team in Athens, supporting the Sales organization through strong reporting, analysis, and business insights.

Reporting directly to the CCO & Sales Greece, you will work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Technical teams, and Internal Audit. In this cross‑functional role, you will help ensure transparency, accuracy, and performance monitoring across all sales verticals, supporting informed decision‑making and business growth.

 

Getting a Flying Start

As Sales Controller, you play a key role in strengthening commercial performance by providing accurate, timely, and actionable sales insights. By monitoring sales performance, forecasting, and key KPIs, you enable early identification of deviations and support proactive decision‑making.

Through close collaboration with Sales and other functions, you contribute to effective sales planning, pricing decisions, and stock optimization. Your analyses help align commercial objectives with operational and financial realities, supporting profitability, customer performance, and overall business efficiency.

 

How You Make an Impact

  • Monitor daily sales performance, forecasted landing, and provide early alerts when deviations occur
  • Prepare and manage sales reporting, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Coordinate sales budget and forecasting processes, following up on variances with the Sales team
  • Collect and consolidate forecast inputs from field sales and logistics
  • Prepare sales data and actively contribute to S&OP meetings, supporting stock optimization in collaboration with Supply Chain
  • Perform customer performance analyses (Platinum & Gold customers), covering sales, industrial, and financial aspects
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, including supplier and company price list analysis
  • Monitor and analyze price evolution, with particular focus on copper fluctuations
  • Analyze market trends across segments and verticals to support forecasts and decision‑making
  • Support Customer Service with relevant sales data and insights
  • Contribute to internal and external audit reviews
  • Act as a key user for sales applications and BI tools, supporting their implementation and continuous improvement

 

Your Starting Points

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales controlling, finance, or business analysis roles
  • Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Solid experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and data dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to explain commercial results (price variances, margin analysis, KPIs)
  • Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, matrix environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Fluent in English and Greek
