Context
The Accessories BU is currently improving its Marketing, Sales & Operations Planning (MS&OP) to improve alignment across functions (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Innovation and Finance), better anticipate market trends, and optimize business performance.
You will support this transformation by helping collect, structure, and analyze key business inputs. Your work will help improve strategic decision-making and operational excellence, in connection with key cross-functional stakeholders.

Missions
- Support the structuring and implementation of the MS&OP process across all relevant functions
- Collect and organize business inputs: commercial forecasts, marketing insights, innovation roadmaps, operational and supply data
- Develop dashboards and performance indicators to track progress and support key decisions
- Participate in the preparation and facilitation of MS&OP review cycles (monthly/quarterly)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (data quality, process efficiency, tool harmonization)
- Coordinate with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, and Finance
Expected Skills
- Strong interest in industrial operations, supply chain, and business performance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good command of Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus
- Ability to structure and visualize data in a meaningful way
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious, autonomous, and eager to learn
Profile
- Master student in Engineering or Business School (gap year or end-of-studies internship)
- Specialization in Supply Chain, Data/Business Analytics, or Strategy
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is a plus
