Our Engagement & Organisation team is part of Group HR and plays a key role in shaping the culture and people experience across Nexans. We lead initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and collaboration—ensuring our people feel valued, connected, and empowered. As we continue to evolve our organisation and drive impactful transformation, we’re looking for a new team member to support and scale these efforts.

GETTING A FLYING START

As an Engagement & Organisation Project Manager, you’ll manage strategic HR initiatives that touch every part of the company—from the factory floor to the executive level. You’ll help bring our culture to life through employee engagement programs, recognition platforms, and inclusion projects. Your work will directly support the way people experience work at Nexans and help us build a high-performing, inclusive organisation for the future.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You’ll lead major people programs such as our Living Voices survey and RemarCable People recognition initiative;
  • You’ll turn engagement data into action by creating reports, sharing insights, and helping teams build meaningful action plans;
  • You’ll contribute to programs that foster inclusion and belonging across our global workforce;
  • You’ll support the roll-out of new tools and methods to strengthen organisational collaboration and transformation;
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels—from HR colleagues to executive leaders—to drive real change.

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR, project management, or business transformation, ideally in an industrial or international environment;
  • Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data and translating insights into simple, actionable plans;
  • Effective communication skills that help you engage with different cultures and organisational levels;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of survey or analytics platforms is a plus;
  • Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.
