WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM 
The team is a dynamic and highly skilled group with members located in Paris and on various sites across France, in addition to across Europe like Belgium, Norway, Italy etc. Our team is responsible for health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management in land installation projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and proactive safety culture development. The workplace is in Paris, however travel is expected /required. You will be reporting operationally to the Head of Projects (France) and functionally to the H&S Manager for the Installation and Service Department. 
 
GETTING A FLYING START 
To succeed in the Land Frame HSSER Team, you have relevant experience in safety and environmental management from civil work and construction/Site activities, related industry or similar. You have experience with applicable rules and legislation in France. You know well about risk management, regulatory compliance, and incident prevention. You have worked in project-driven companies and are familiar with implementing proactive HSE strategies. Your experience is ideally related to civil work or construction sites. You are comfortable ensuring quality and safety during projects and have leadership and analytical skills, supported by your ability to drive safety culture transformation.
 
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT 
As a PWR-T Land Installation HSE Manager for the land frame agreement, you will play a pivotal role in driving HSE initiatives, ensuring robust risk management, and aligning safety strategies with corporate objectives and customer expectations. Your main task is to follow- up Land Frame Agreements within France, as well as a coordination role for the other HSE functions in the PWR-T land Portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Implementing proactive risk management frameworks for land installation projects across Europe Land portfolio, with an active focus on activities related to PWR-T Land frame agreements in France.
  • Conducting risk assessments and embedding mitigation strategies in project planning.
  • Leading safety programs and behavioral safety initiatives across PWR-T Land Portfolio and reporting HSE KPI to senior management.
  • Overseeing and following up incident management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal HSE policies.
  • Conducting HSE audits, site inspections, and compliance verifications.
  • Providing HSE training and awareness sessions for project teams.
  • Acting as the primary HSE interface for customers, participating in audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Leading strategic HSE initiatives, including digital safety tools and predictive analytics. 
  • Aligning HSE strategies with corporate sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) goals.

 

YOUR STARTING POINT 

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HSE leadership roles within land installation, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of international safety standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and risk management frameworks.
  • Proven experience in incident investigation
  • Expertise in safety analytics and proactive risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, including customers, project managers, and regulators.
  • Fluent in French & English – oral and written; Additional language is a plus.
