GETTING A FLYING START
As the Human Resources Manager at Liban Cables Lebanon, you are responsible for directing and coordinating HR strategy, policies and programs at site level, in line with Nexans HR and business strategy and local recruitment. You advise and support site managers on all people related matters for site.
HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
- Designs and implements HR organization
- Coordinates people matters during business transformation (financial, organizational, social and legal, people impact analysis), designs actions plan and acts as a facilitator (communication...).
- Designs and ensures interview process.
- Contributes to candidate interview, proposes short list and supports site managers in the final selection.
- Negotiates pay packages with candidates.
- Translates, develops and implements performance management process.
- Ensures, coordinates and manages performance calibration process (review/adjustment of individual performance ratings),
- Adapts and drives processes regarding leadership/ career management/knowledge management
- Ensures and coordinates the competencies/skills gap analysis for the site.
- Defines guidelines for learning and development mix (coaching, mentoring, training, e-learning,...).
- Supports sites managers in the individual development interview process, ensures that all employees have an appropriate development plan (in line with the gap analysis and business requirements) and follows their realization.
- Maintains Health and Safety focus and ensures process/tools deployment follow up.
- Contributes with local management to labor relations approach.
- Is responsible for individual and collective bargaining, labor agreements negotiation, communication and application.
