Operator Barturning/Milling (m/f/d) with Career Advancement Opportunities to Supervisor

Your Responsibilities:

•    Independently setting up, preparing, operating, and programming CNC barturnig and milling machines
•    Manufacturing precision components according to drawings and work plans
•    Conducting dimensional and quality inspections as well as test runs
•    Documenting order data and monitoring the manufacturing process
•    Optimizing manufacturing processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
•    Performing preventive maintenance on machines and equipment

Your Profile:

•    Completed vocational training as a machining technician or comparable technical-industrial training
•    Ideally, completed advanced training to become an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
•    Experience in CNC machining or the metalworking industry
•    Proficiency in working with technical drawings and measuring equipment
•    Flexibility and willingness to work in a 3-shift system
•    Quality awareness and an independent, structured approach to work
•    Ability to work in a team, commitment, and a sense of responsibility
