To support this transformation, we are establishing a new plant controlling function—an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of our business in Spain.

Getting a Flying Start

As Plant Controller, you’ll be instrumental in building robust financial processes and ensuring accurate performance monitoring. Your work will provide the financial visibility needed to stabilize, optimize, and sustainably improve plant operations, directly supporting our integration and growth.

How You Make an Impact

• Establish and structure the plant controlling function in line with Group standards
• Ensure compliance with financial rules and reliable reporting
• Monitor and analyze plant performance to drive operational improvements
• Partner with plant management and finance teams to support decision-making
• Build and maintain robust financial processes and controls
• Contribute to the successful integration of Cables RCT into Nexans

Your Starting Points

• Experience in plant or industrial controlling
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Knowledge of financial processes and internal controls
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in Spanish and English
