Customer Service Engineer

 

These are the qualifications and skillset we are looking for in a Customer Service Engineer:

 

  • A master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Customer and market-oriented, with strong problem-solving and solution-providing skills
  • Fluency in English and the local language(s)
  • Strong commercial skills and knowledge of pricing
  • Good knowledge of ERP, CRM, and other related tools
  • Results-driven, disciplined, persistent, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a plus
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Experience working with distributors and channel partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
