WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

You will be part of the Contract Management Function within the PWR Transmission Business Group, reporting to the Director – Contract Management. The position is based in Oslo. You’ll work closely with project teams across multiple countries, supporting commercial and contractual activities for high-impact energy projects.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring contractual excellence throughout the lifecycle of major projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating contract review and awareness during project setup and execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing changes.
  • Drafting and reviewing correspondence aligned with contractual terms and internal procedures.
  • Managing variation orders, claims, and disputes.
  • Supporting project reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Capturing and sharing commercial lessons learned.

  • Industry knowledge and experience in contract management.

  • Demonstrates responsibility, global mindset, high standards, and business acumen.
  • Fluent in English – oral and written.
