Your contribution will directly support our growth ambitions and sales objectives across a diverse portfolio of industries and applications.
How You Make an Impact
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Develop customized commercial offers in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent Nexans at trade fairs, customer events, and industry forums while ensuring effective follow-up and reporting.
Your Starting Points
- Commercial or technical education, combined with successful experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record of developing customer relationships and generating business growth.
- Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including interactions with senior decision-makers.
- Preference for fluency in German, French, and English.
