In the light of the company's operational needs and  growth strategy, there is the need to have a structured maintenance approach to improve productivity, implement NEW maintenance strategy as required  and Strengthen operational structure towards ambition for 2026 and beyond. Hence the need for a Maintenance Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance Management
• Safety and Environment Management
• Monitoring employee performance
• Ensuring Continous improvement in the department
• Subcontracting and Outsourcing Management

Appliant should possess the following skills:

• Must be able to work without supervision
• General Education: Minimum of a first degree in Electrical / Electromechanical / Electronic Engineer or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years at least in an operational position in a plant
• Key skills in team management: Understanding of people and mobilization, adaptability, communication, analytical skill and organizational skills, teamwork, leadership
