Nexans Kabelmetal Ghana is the first cable manufacturing company in Ghana. The company has been in existence for 58 years and located in Tema Heavy Industrial Area. 

In the light of the company's operational needs and growth strategy, there is the need to reorganize the production function to improve productivity and deliver operational targets.  This makes makes the role of the Production Coordinator necessary to bridge operational gap. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Coordinate daily production activities across cable manufacturing processes such as wire drawing, stranding, insulation, armouring, sheating and packaging. 

Ensure daily production activities are executed according to approved plans and customer deliver timelines 

Monitor production output and escalate delayes, machine downtime or material shortages

Track production performance against established KPIs including output, waste, downtime, efficiency, and quality.

Ensure production activities comply with company quality standards and product specifications

Appliant should possess the following skills:

Experience in coordinating production schedules and shop floor activities 

Good understanding of cable manufacturing processes and production operations 

Strong planning and organization skills 

Education:    Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience:   Minimum 5 years
